LogixIS ERP is a software solution that helps manage freight forwarding and transportation business processes, from order receipt to full payment for services.

The software has been developed and continuously improved since 2006 in collaboration with both large companies providing integrated logistics services and small freight forwarding businesses with as few as 1–2 employees.

Cloud-based system

No installation is required; you can access it from any workstation with an internet browser and an internet connection.

Compatible with accounting systems

Fully integrates with accounting systems (Rivile, Pragma, Centas, etc.). Provides the ability to import data from other systems (fuel suppliers, tracking systems, etc.).

The system is continuously developed based on client needs. Throughout the entire usage period, updates, training, and consultations are provided to the client at no cost.

Ensured data security

The software runs on our servers, so you don’t need to worry about any technical issues. Each client is provided with a dedicated database and personal access to the system. Data security during transmission is ensured using SSL technology.

Orders

Information about orders, full/partial shipments, contract creation and email dispatch, profitability reports, etc.

Invoices

Invoice generation based on received orders, integration with accounting software, etc.

Information about purchases (invoices from carriers and other suppliers).

  • Premium – Includes one license with 4 GB of storage, access to all system modules, and integrations with accounting systems, telematics, rekvizitai.lt, VIES, Google Calendar, Maps, cargo.lt, and trans.eu. It also enables management of multiple companies within a single system. Additional features include digitalization of purchase invoices, access to the self-service portal, and a dedicated account manager to assist with any inquiries.
How quickly can the system be used?

No, the product is compatible with all browsers.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Upon registration, you receive full access to all Basic plan features for 30 days. You will receive reminders before the trial ends. If you do not select a paid plan, access will be suspended.

How do I start using LogixIS?

Select a plan. After making your choice, you will be automatically redirected to the registration form and payment process. Once all steps are completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your login details and system access. You can begin using the system immediately.

What determines the product price?

The price depends on the chosen plan, the number of active users/licenses, the required storage, and any additional selected services.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Both one-time and recurring payments are available. Payment methods can be managed at any time in the self-service portal.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Yes, one month.

Do you assist with data migration from other systems?

Yes. We provide templates for clients, carriers, rates, contracts, historical orders, and more, as well as import assistance.

Do you provide training for teams?

Yes. We offer remote training sessions, on-site training upon request, and video tutorials.

Can the system processes be customized to our business needs?

Yes. Some functionalities can be managed directly from the user panel. Additionally, our developers can adapt the system to align with your company’s specific processes.

Can I export data from LogixIS?

Yes. CSV/Excel and PDF export options are available without limitations.

Are data backups performed?

Yes. Regular backups are made with versioning and recovery testing.

Can we change plans at any time?
